What we collect

What you choose to send: your name or initial, a WhatsApp number, and the requirement itself — budget, purpose, preferred villages, timelines. WhatsApp messages arrive with the page you wrote from, so we can answer in context. The website itself sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers as of this version.

What it is used for

Replying to you, matching your requirement against parcels and — if you are selling — against buyers, and keeping the working record a land deal needs. Aggregated, anonymised counts (for example, how many requirements arrived in a quarter) may appear on this site as market data; nothing identifiable ever does.

What never happens

Your details are not sold, rented, or shared outside the practice. They are not passed to other brokers without your explicit instruction — including in co-brokerage, where only what you approve travels, and the arrangement itself is disclosed to you first.

Where it lives and how long

On WhatsApp and the practice's own records, retained while your requirement is live and for the ordinary record-keeping a completed deal requires. Ask on WhatsApp for your details to be deleted and we delete what law does not require us to keep.

Your choices

Message from any page, or ask what we hold about you, or ask for deletion — the same WhatsApp number answers all three within working hours. If this policy changes, the change appears here with a new date.
